Katti Henderson
Katti is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with more than 10 years of teaching experience. What she loves most about yoga is its ability to meet each person right where they are, through every season of life.
Her classes are grounding, positive, and welcoming, with an emphasis on connecting breath and movement while creating space to slow down, reset, and tune in. Katti believes yoga is less about how a pose looks and more about learning to listen to your body and yourself along the way.
Whether you have been practicing yoga for years or are stepping onto a mat for the very first time, Katti creates a space where everyone is welcome exactly as they are.
Outside the studio, Katti is a mom to three awesome kids and wife to her high school sweetheart, Adam. She and her family live in downtown New Braunfels, and she loves being part of the local community.
Katti looks forward to welcoming you to the mat, moving together, and sharing the benefits of yoga as part of the Elive Movement community.

Cassie Pomrenke
Cassie Pomrenke is a wife, mom of three, and has been part of the fitness industry for nearly 20 years in a variety of roles. For the past 15 years, she has had the privilege of owning, coaching, and operating a youth sports program in New Braunfels, where she has loved helping young athletes grow in confidence, strength, and character.
Through her own journey as a woman, mom, coach, and trainer, Cassie has come to believe that movement is about so much more than exercise—it’s about feeling strong, capable, and confident in who you are.
She is passionate about creating a safe, encouraging space where women of all ages and abilities can challenge themselves, build strength, and discover what their bodies are capable of. Cassie loves bringing creativity and variety into every workout while making sure each session has purpose and progression.
Outside of the gym, you’ll usually find her traveling, hiking, soaking up the sunshine at the beach, or spending time with her family.
Cassie’s goal is simple: to help women feel stronger, more confident, and proud of what they can do—both inside and outside the gym.
Jacqi Williams
Beth is a Certified Pilates Instructor with 13 years of experience and a Licensed Vocational Nurse with 34 years in the medical field. Her years in healthcare have given her a firsthand understanding of how movement, lifestyle, and everyday health choices can impact how we feel, function, and age.
Her passion is helping people find a way to move that feels comfortable, achievable, and right for where they are today. Beth believes movement doesn’t have to be intimidating or one-size-fits-all. Whether starting in a chair, on a mat, or simply learning to move with more confidence, she meets each person at their own level.
Her goal is simple: help you find movement you enjoy, feel successful doing, and want to keep coming back to.
Movement that meets you where you are.
Sunny C. Summers
Sunny has been an adventurously active and curious person all of her life, with a friend coining her the nickname "itchy feet."
Over the decades, Sunny has immersed herself into many fitness classes, sports, and running as the antidote to daily life stressors.
Her primary background includes 30 years of yoga practice with YTT-200 certification in 2025, and 20 years of Nia practice with Nia certification in 2016.
Sunny's philosophy draws from her experience as student and teacher--that we are ALL creative, music is healing, we should never take ourselves too seriously, our bodies deserve self-respect, and that there is much more connection needed with ourselves and others than we likely know or understand.
Lety has been a certified group fitness instructor since 2019 and quickly fell in love with the POUND® format.
POUND® is a full-body workout using Ripstix—those bright green drumsticks! It gets your whole body moving and works muscles you didn’t even know you had.
What Lety loves most about POUND® is that it truly is for every body and every stage. It’s fun, energetic, and all about moving, letting loose, and having a great time.
Lety can’t wait to rock out with you!
